The Omoma Coffee Family Tradition
Over fifty years ago, in the mountain ranges of Northeastern El Salvador, N. Armando
Portillo founded Omoma Coffee. Located 4100 feet above sea level, our Arabica
plantation is cultivated from the rich volcanic soils of the Cacahuatique Volcano.
Grown under careful shade of the diverse variety of tropical evergreen trees, it
creates the perfect conditions to produce only the highest quality coffee.
Following our decades old, established family tradition, the plantation is carefully
managed from planting to harvesting. We ensure that only the perfectly ripened berries
are picked, therefore obtaining a well-balanced cup of coffee that pleases the most
demanding taste buds.
With success in both Central America and Europe, it is Omoma's crowning achievement to bring our greatest family gift to the United States. Our coffee is our gift to you. Share and savor the moment with Omoma.
